Four Side Plastic Bag Making Machine

The Four Side Plastic Bag Making Machine is capable of producing middle sealing bags, four side bags, and edge sealing bags.

This machine is operated through a central PLC control system that facilitates human-machine interaction, ensuring stable performance and ease of operation and maintenance. Users can seamlessly switch between Chinese and English interface languages.

It features constant automatic tension control for unwinding, an EPC edge position controller, and an AC inverter for consistent speed during automatic material feeding. The system utilizes an imported double servo-motor for material dragging control.

The main motor, responsible for the up-and-down sealing and pressing, is fitted with an inverter. A PID control system regulates the temperature of the sealing bars, employing non-contact automatic controls and centralized settings accessible via the man-machine interface.

Additionally, the machine includes a pneumatic multi-function automatic punching device, trim cutting, automatic rewinding, and a static eliminator. The temperature can be adjusted within a range of 0 to 300°C.

The machine is equipped with a counter to monitor quantity, batch accumulation, and preset options. Operation can be conducted through length fixation control and/or photocell tracking control.
